Electric Air Freight

The global air cargo industry generates more than $200 billion in revenue annually. Fuel is the largest cost for air cargo operators. The electric takeoff system can reduce the fuel consumption for air cargo by up to 80%. Payload aircraft can ascend under electric power and then fly a gliding descent to the next airport. Using this repeated ascent flight profile, cargo can be delivered using electricity to deliver 80% of the energy. Electric Range Extension

Orbital Launch

Passenger spacecraft are towed to an altitude of 100km and a velocity above Mach 10 using a rotating aerodynamic tether. The spacecraft transfers to a momentum exchange tether for acceleration to orbital velocity.
